How to use 使用程序：

1. Prepare 2000cc water for soup boiling use.

准备2000cc水煮至沸腾。

2. After water is boiled, put the packet inside the boiling water for one and a half hour with low heat. You can drink it in the morning and evening. *Optional choice: Chicken or any meat products can be added into soup together with the packet.

将包装打开拿出料理包放进煮滚的水里，小火煮至一个半小时取出分早晚喝。*依個人喜好也可先把食材(排骨或雞腿或魚)汆燙放入鍋.

*Difference of Package 1 and Package 2 is the different quality of red dates. Package 1 uses premium red dates from Xin Jiang province, China; Package 2 uses normal red dates.

*套餐1和套餐2分别在于所用的红枣级别
