Herbal bath suitable for postpartum woman to take shower with it. 古人常于产后用大风艾煮水洗澡，可温经脉、逐寒湿、止腹痛。艾叶通常已被晒干，药性和性味不改。

How to use使用程序:

1. Put the Herbal Bath Pack into warm bath tub / water and you may use the water to shower. 打开产妇澡堂包装放入温水中便可用于洗澡。

2. It can use to soak your legs into the water to warm your body. 也可用于浸脚使用。

Precaution: Please dry yourself immediately to not get cold. Use the herbal bath pack whenever you take shower during postpartum. Best advise is to use 7 days continuously after child delivery. 温馨提醒：洗澡后请马上擦干身体以免着凉，建议生产后连续使用7天。
